6.2 Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment for a completed project, all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables transfer to you, the client. This includes design files, code and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6.3 Third Party Assets

Where a project uses licensed third-party assets such as stock imagery, fonts or plugins, the relevant licence terms apply. We will inform you of any such third-party licences as part of the proposal.

7. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver your project on time, you agree to:

• Provide all required content, images, branding and information in a timely manner
• Provide feedback and approvals within the timelines agreed in the proposal

• Nominate a single point of contact for project communication
